After getting rained out Monday night, and having a very modest kick-off on Tuesday, we had an explosion of participation thanks to the efforts of our volunteers. Here are a few reports and shout-out from this week’s VBS.

We had actors, musicians, crafters, gamers, storytellers, counselors, grillers, bakers, dancers, drivers, nametaggers. … all in one church.
Thank you for all your efforts to bless kids this week.
It’s always hard to know the impact these events have on young lives. Let’s pray for the seeds that were planted and multiplying effects on our community.

Thanks for all that you did, Kristi, to make this week happen…and Beth and Carmen and our whole team. I have to say that I’m really grateful for Winston and Sandy too. When we got to Benning each evening, they had collected permission slips, had kids gathered, etc. That was a HUGE help and essentially allowed us to have kids to love on….
