Easter Sunday: April 20th
Join us for a special service next Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus! We will have a special song selection from the Easter Choir and hear from Pastor James.
Youth Retreat: April 25 – 27 at Camp Wabanna
This year’s youth retreat will be held Friday, April 25th through Sunday, April 27th at Camp Wabanna, approximately 45 minutes away in Edgewater, Maryland. The theme for the retreat is “Own It,” where we will be studying the story of the rich young ruler (Matthew 19, Luke 10) and what is keeping us from fully living a life of faith everyday. We are thankful to all of you who volunteered to help – we have enough drivers now, but we are still in need of people who want to come spend Saturday afternoon with us by serving on a panel, answering questions about their faith, and then also playing games with us. The commitment would be from 1pm – 5:30pm. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Andrea Cofield or Kristen Erbelding.
4/27- April Potluck, after service
Join us on the last Sunday of the month for our monthly congregational potluck. Bring a dish to share and stick around to fellowship with one another.
4/27- Garden Work Time, 1:00pm
For those of you who missed out, we will have another small workday on April 27th, after the congregational potluck. We will build some raised beds and get planting! If you want more information, contact Sarah Baker or Aida Stuk.
