Save-the- Dates: Pastoral Candidate Events

As announced last Sunday, the Pastoral Search Committee has chosen a Senior Pastor candidate to present to the congregation. Events have been scheduled over the upcoming weeks to introduce and allow the congregation to get to know the pastoral candidate.  As these events are important in leading up to our congregational vote at the end of the month, please review the timeline below and make note of these dates. 

• Sunday, March 9 pastoral candidate will be introduced and presented to the congregation.
• Wednesday, March 12 at 7pm, pastoral candidate will lead a bible study at the church.
• Sunday, March 16 the candidate will preach a candidating sermon followed by a meal, time of fellowship, and a Q & A session.
• Sunday, March 23 pastoral search committee members will be available, after service, for questions and additional congregational discussion.
• Sunday, March 30 the congregation will vote, during our monthly congregational meeting, on whether to affirm the pastoral candidate as Senior Pastor.
